OpenIPO: How To Place A Bid

Step 1: Submitting an OpenIPO^® Bid

After you login to your WR Hambrecht + Co account, click on the ‘Offerings’ tab. This will provide a list of available offerings through WRH+Co’s OpenIPO auction. If you have an account with another broker, please follow its guidelines.

Select the offering you would like to view on the order entry page. Enter the number of shares you’d like to bid for and the price you’d like to pay for each share. Submit your bid.

You can submit multiple bids. To do so, simply return to the “Enter New Bid” page and repeat the process.
