Founded in 1998 by William R. Hambrecht, WR Hambrecht + Co is a financial services firm committed to using the Internet and auction process to level the playing field for investors and issuers. The firm’s impartial Internet-based auctions, which allow the market to determine pricing and allocation, are dramatically changing the financial services landscape. We are currently looking to hire a Senior System Administrator to manage our enterprise Windows 2003 servers, DNS, Active Directory and Exchange 2003 environment.

Position Responsibilities:

We are seeking a Corporate Services Broker with experience working with companies in the following areas:

• Corporate Stock Repurchase
• Executive and Employee Stock Options Plans
• Venture Distributions and Block Sales
• Commission Based Compensation
• 10b5-1 Plans

Education:

• BA or BS (not required)
• Candidate expected have or to pass the FINRA Series 7, 63 and 65 exams

Software skills:

• Intermediate to advanced in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Attitude/Work ethic:

• Candidate must be willing to work market hours
• Candidate must be a self-starter and have an entrepreneurial attitude
• Candidate should be organized, articulate, and accurate
